If you love cricket as much as Mike Hussey, Murdoch University is offering you the opportunity to train with expert coaches from the WACA. It’s the ultimate Australian study experience - you’ll live and study in Perth while you hone your cricket skills with a 10-week cricket Academy with the WACA.
About the Academy
The International Cricket Academy will run during semester 1 2021, and includes 10 weeks of coaching with WACA Academy staff.
NOTE: This exclusive academy utilises premium coaching and resources and as such there will be a fee payable upon successful entry into the Academy. Please refer to the terms and conditions below.
Who can apply?
The Murdoch University WACA International Cricket Academy is open exclusively to Murdoch students. Whether you’re born and bred in Perth and have grown up playing cricket, or you’re planning to study in Perth as an International student, you’ll have the opportunity to gain exclusive access to cricket coaches and facilities thanks to our partnership with the WACA.
You can be studying an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or you can even take up this one-of-a-kind experience with our Study Abroad program.

What level of cricket ability is required?
The Academy is open to all cricket lovers. Whether you’re currently playing high level cricket or are just starting out and wanting to build the basics, our Academy coaches will tailor all coaching and training to your level so you get the most benefit from your time with them.
